For this episode, I was joined by an Ex-Muslim convert Al-Muealim. Al-Muealim was a pentecostal Christian up to the age of 18 then he converted to Islam for about seven years. He later left Islam and is now an agnostic atheist and he is interested in the academic analysis of the origins of various religions. Recently I was shocked, but maybe I shouldn’t have been shocked, when I loaded Twitter and saw a tweet abusing a man who just died. A man by the name of Lars Vilks just died. He had been under police protection since 2007 for drawing the Prophet Muhammad as a dog. 14 years later, he got into a traffic accident and died.
In this video Hassan Radwan responds to The Thought Adventure Podcast’s arguments on the question of Divine Hiddenness. He also explores whether a god who hides himself from the people is the best possible scenario for more people to believe in and accept such a god.
